Job summary

Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliate of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, is transforming healthcare by scaling value-based care with community health systems. The Product Manager, VBP Implementation & Support, leads deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of VBP solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Based in the Washington, DC area, this role drives measurable gains in cost, quality, and patient outcomes while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration with a healthcare focus, healthcare data analytics, public health, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience in product implementation, management, and adoption across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex processes into repeatable implementation models.
• Strong understanding of value-based care principles and performance metrics.
• Experience aligning multiple implementations with organizational objectives.
• OKR and KPI tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, operationalization, and adoption of VBP solutions.
• Coordinate go-live activities and manage dependencies.
• Monitor deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships across clinical, technical, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate and lead project managers, analysts, and technical resources.
• Track KPIs and OKRs to drive cost, quality, and outcomes improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage resources.
