Job summary

Risant Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Value-Based Platform Operations to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of VBP initiatives. This role ensures alignment across product teams, tracks timelines and quality, and coordinates handoffs to implementation.

Up to 30% travel may be required to support program success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program or project management within healthcare or tech, with strong collaboration across product, engineering, and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Five years of program or project management experience, preferably in healthcare, technology, or product delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and implementation teams to align scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior leadership and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead programs from planning through execution with SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deconstruct a release into sprints with tech and operational work to deliver value.
• Partner with product teams to align goals and execution.
• Track delivery to timelines, budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Provide status via dashboards and executive updates.
• Collaborate with Engagement leads and Implementation teams for SDLC handoff.
• Oversee resource assignments and align with Delivery Lead for outcomes.
• Mitigate risks and manage changes with training and adoption plans.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure performance and SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and governance.
