Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• At least 12 years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to sign or take senior responsibility for valuation reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business valuation engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Develop engagement scopes, budgets, staffing plans and timelines.
• Prepare and review valuation reports and present findings to executives.
• Coordinate with audit, tax, and transaction teams to support engagements.
