Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in valuation or a similar consulting practice/function servicing clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ABV, ASA, CVA, or related designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency with valuation standards and complex financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation projects involving business enterprises, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments.
• Oversee valuations of equity, debt, derivatives, and structured securities for regulatory, transactional, and litigation purposes.
• Review and approve valuation reports and financial models for rigor and defensibility.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve valuation issues for clients.
• Lead client communications and contribute to proposals and business development.
