The role demands deep expertise in real estate valuation, client management, and practical leadership. Based in New York, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups, mentor staff, and contribute to quarterly market updates and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Real Estate Valuation or Consulting experience (ASC 805/820)
• Certified General real estate appraiser license required
• MAI designation in progress preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with ARGUS and Excel for real estate valuations

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate valuation and advisory engagements and overall engagement management
• Drive business development through internal and external channels
• Manage the day-to-day activities of our staff
• Communicate with clients to foster relationships
• Identify and assist with pursuing key clients and targets
• Develop real estate valuations using discounted cash flows, direct capitalization, comps, cost approach and HBU
• Assist with marketing and Baker Tilly’s quarterly real estate update
