Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• At least 12 years’ experience in business valuation or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading complex business valuation engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business valuation engagements from initial scoping through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure engagement quality, timing, economics and satisfaction.
• Develop engagement scopes, work plans, budgets, staffing models and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and review valuation reports, presentations and client deliverables.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field

MBA or related graduate degree (preferred)
