Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Managing Director to join our Real Estate Advisory Team. You will lead real estate valuation engagements and manage client relationships, driving growth and profitability across markets.

The role requires 6–8 years in real estate valuation or advisory, with a CG license and MAI designation in progress. Expertise in ARGUS, Excel, and multiple valuation approaches is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, accounting or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the lead professional on real estate valuation and advisory engagements and overall engagement management
• Participate in and drive business development through internal and external channels
• Manage the day-to-day activities of our staff
• Communicate with clients to foster relationships
• Identify and assist with pursuing key clients and targets
• Develop real estate valuations using ARGUS and Excel, focused on methods including DCF, direct capitalization, sales comparison and cost approaches
