Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Business Valuation Director/Manager to lead complex valuation engagements and supervise a valuation team in a collaborative firm environment. You will deliver technical valuation analyses for financial reporting, M&A, and litigation support, while engaging clients and driving practice development.

The role emphasizes rigorous modeling, cross-functional collaboration with Assurance and Tax teams, and ongoing professional growth within CLA’s valuation practice.

Qualifications

• 6 years of valuation experience or related consulting practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• ABV, ASA, CVA, or related designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with valuation standards and complex financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects involving businesses, IP, and complex instruments.
• Review valuation reports and models for rigor and defensibility.
• Engage clients, present findings, and support business development activities.
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Seniors on valuation tasks.
• Drive process improvements and automation in valuation workflows.
