Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
• A valuation credential such as ASA, CPA/ABV, CFA, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience performing and reviewing business valuations at a Big Four/top 20 firm or national valuation firm.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in fair value measurement and financial reporting (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 718).
• Leadership, business development, training and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with competing priorities.

• Plan, execute, direct, review, and complete valuation analyses and reports for various purposes across industries.
• Develop complex financial analyses and models.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of client deliverables.
• Supervise VAS engagements and coordinate multiple service lines.
• Collaborate with Assurance Team on documentation for fair value measurements.
• Understand and manage firm risk on projects.
• Manage client expectations and deadlines; lead change efforts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Lead business development activities and proposals.
