Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
• Professional valuation credentials or progress toward one within a year (ASA, CPA/ABV, CFA, etc.).
• Minimum 5+ years evaluating valuations of business entities, ownership interests, and intangibles at major firms or national valuation firms.
• Strong technical background in fair value measurement and financial reporting (ASC 805, ASC 350) and tax valuations (estate/gift tax, Section 409A).
• Proven leadership, mentoring skills, and ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports for financial reporting, tax, and planning across industries.
• Develop complex financial analyses and financial models.
• Review client data and economic/market information for engagements.
• Lead meetings with clients and manage project progress and communication.
• Mentor staff and manage performance; coordinate cross-service line work.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development activities.
• Support proposals and industry groups; contribute to thought leadership.
• Identify and resolve client issues and improve internal processes.
