Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Valuation Services Director in Chicago for a hybrid role based out of the local office. You will lead top-tier valuation work, foster client relationships, and supervise appraisal teams across geographies.

The role requires a MAI designation with 10+ years of experience, a related degree with advanced coursework, and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and client service are essential.

Qualifications

• MAI designation required with 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced appraisal coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver exemplary client service across the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Allocate appraisal assignments and supervise trainees.
• Execute valuation and appraisal tasks for corporate clients, REITs, funds, lenders, etc.
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow, Sales/Cost/Highest & Best Use approaches.
• Review industry surveys and economic trends; present results clearly.
