Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Operator's License with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and oversee valet operations daily.
• Coordinate scheduling for Valet, Shuttle, Courier, and Box Truck teams.
• Monitor traffic flow and valet parking; issue valet tickets and secure keys.
• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve conflicts with guests.
• Ensure parking operations follow policy; open/close as required.
• Guide guests on vehicle check/claim process and provide facility directions.
• Participate in committees and contribute improvement ideas.
• Maintain entrances cleanliness and coordinate housekeeping as needed.
• Complete all required shift paperwork accurately.
