Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Valet Supervisor at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center to lead daily valet operations and deliver high-quality, safe service. You will supervise staff, manage vehicle flow, enforce safety procedures, and serve as the main on-site escalation point for guests and clients.

Shifts vary with mornings (7a-3p) and weekend possibilities. The role emphasizes a service-oriented culture and professional guest interactions, with ongoing coaching for staff

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles may be required; background check may be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize congestion and guest wait times.
• Serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns, service issues, incidents or claims.
