Qualifications

• Experience supervising valet staff and delivering high quality guest service.
• Proven ability to coach and resolve guest concerns with discretion.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, supervise and coordinate all valet staff operations.
• Coordinate front drive traffic and assist guests with luggage.
• Provide timely pickup/delivery of items and guest requests.
• Maintain transport logs, shift checklists and maintenance requests daily.
