Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX seeks a Valet Supervisor to lead the front drive operations, oversee valet staff, and ensure guests are welcomed with efficiency and care. You’ll coordinate arrivals, departures, luggage delivery, and guest requests while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and supervisory background preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to maintain composure and work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
• Responsible for coaching and counseling valet staff with guidance from the Valet Office Manager.
• Manage guest complaints and take corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure all administrative duties such as transport logs, shift checklists, maintenance requests, and sign-out sheets are completed on a daily basis.
