Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee our valet and shuttle operations at designated locations. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure courteous, timely service for guests across multiple sites.

You will train and develop drivers, enforce safety policies, and address issues that arise during evening shifts, maintaining smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in supervision, preferably in transportation or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in busy evenings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
• Evening shift availability and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet and shuttle operations to ensure top service.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and address issues promptly.
• Create and manage schedules for drivers to maintain staffing levels.
