The Car Park is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our valet and shuttle services. This role focuses on service quality, safety, and timely customer handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will assign tasks, schedule drivers, train staff, enforce policies, and resolve issues that arise during the evening shift, while maintaining clear communication with teams and management. You will also use software to track movements and generate performance reports.

Formación

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficient in computer use, including Office.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in supervisory roles, preferably in transportation or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
