Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain for the Hilton Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. The role coordinates guest services with coworkers and reports to the Account Manager. The position emphasizes hospitality, problem solving, and on-site guidance when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Fluent in Standard English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Open doors for guests and explain parking procedures; park and retrieve vehicles.
• Provide bell services, assist with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and adjust staffing as needed.
