Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Valet Cashier at the Downtown Hilton Hotel. This part-time role requires no experience; starting pay is $13 per hour. The position involves securing guest keys, processing valet transactions, and providing friendly hospitality to guests.

Shifts on Saturdays and Sundays for 1st shift, with other shifts available. Benefits include medical coverage and enrollment in Towne Park’s 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• One to three months of related customer service experience or training.
• Must read and write standard English.
• Cash handling experience preferred; ability to handle cash and make change.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and secure guest vehicle keys; reconcile revenue.
• Operate the register, gate, and credit card machine.
• Provide directions and information about outlets, meeting rooms, and area amenities.
• Complete shift reports and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, neat cashier booth and surrounding areas.
• Pull guest keys and prepare for pickup; manage key inventory.
