Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to lead valet staff, ensure safe and efficient parking, and deliver exceptional guest service at hotels and resorts nationwide. You will supervise operations, greet guests professionally, and help maintain high standards of appearance and conduct.

The role requires leadership experience, at least a couple of years in management, and familiarity with HRIS systems like ADP.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, high school diploma, or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience in customer service and valet parking.

Responsibilities

• Lead valet staff and ensure safety and efficiency of parking.
• Greet guests professionally and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor traffic flow and resolve issues when the Guest Service Manager is absent.
• Maintain appearance and attendance standards as required.
• Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership Developmental Programs.
