Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to lead valet staff, ensure safe and efficient parking, and deliver exceptional guest service at hotels and resorts. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality focus, and a commitment to safety and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising valet operations, guiding staff, maintaining traffic flow, and upholding company policies while collaborating with the Guest Service Manager to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in valet parking.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP).
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive guest relationships and deliver consistent service.
• Greet guests professionally on arrival and departure.
• Provide leadership and mentor valet staff.
• Monitor traffic flow in valet staging area.
• Supervise operations in absence of Guest Service Manager.
• Ensure proper vehicle retrieval and parking.
• Maintain appearance and attendance standards.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership Development Programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
