Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to ensure safe, efficient guest parking and superior service. You will lead the valet team and support the Guest Service Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising attendants, maintaining traffic flow, and upholding appearance and attendance standards while delivering outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a management position preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience with customer service and valet parking is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive guest relationships through consistent service to guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests professionally on arrival and departure.
• Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the Manager's absence.
• Monitor traffic flow in the valet staging area and ensure efficiency.
• Lead by example to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ramp and valet area.
