Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to lead the valet team, ensure safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a management role, a valid US driver’s license, and experience with HRIS such as ADP. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree, High School Diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience.
• Experience in valet parking.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
• Experience with Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead valet staff and provide direction to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow in the valet staging area.
• Supervise valet operations in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
• Retrieve and park vehicles safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized ramp, desk, and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, and appearance standards.
• Participate in Crescendo Academy and Leadership Development programs.
