Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Part-Time Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, assist with valet services, and drive vehicles as needed. The role requires a California driver’s license and a professional, hospitality-focused attitude.

The position offers an hourly rate of $25.00, onsite parking, and employee perks including 401K, wellbeing programs, and complimentary staff meals. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• A valid California driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• At least one year of experience in luxury hospitality as Valet Parking Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists with valet needs.
• Issues appropriate valet parking ticket when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives cars to hotel or local garage, following traffic regulations and safety rules.
• Opens hotel doors for guests and provides directions and information about the city.

What we expect:

• Greetsguests who arrive by private car andassistsguests descending from cars.
• Issuesappropriate valetparking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.Yields to pedestrians.
• Assesses any damage tovehicle.Clearlynotesany damageonclaim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked.Depositskey and ticket with Valet Cashier.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.Hailstaxis as needed.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints,assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

Ideal candidate will have:

• A valid California driver’s license andgooddrivingrecord.
• Ability to drive bothmanualand automatic.
• At leastone-yearexperience in luxuryhospitalitysettingas Valet Parking Attendant.
