Job summary

The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a Pool Attendant with a passion for excellence to support guest experiences at the pool area. This part-time role requires weekend availability and work authorization for the Beverly Hills location.

The Pool Attendant will assist guests with seating, provide towels and beverages, and deliver information with courtesy while upholding Four Seasons’ service standards. Salary is $24.27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Speaking, writing and reading English is required.
• Applicant must have a flexible schedule and be able to work different shifts, holidays and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with food, beverage, water, towels and seating assistance at the pool.
• Provide accurate and courteous information; fulfill guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers, supervisors and external contacts.

The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Pool Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Pool Attendant reports to the Director of Spa. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

We are looking for individuals with high organizational skills. Speaking, writing and reading English is required. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts, holidays and some weekends.
