SP+ in Columbus, OH is seeking a valet associate to manage day-to-day valet operations at the location, ensuring professional service and client relations. You will support staffing, scheduling, and safety while maintaining SOP compliance and accurate daily records.

The role emphasizes courteous guest interaction, timely service, and safe vehicle handling, with opportunities to assist in team development and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or advised.
• Minimum 6 months related experience or training in a service role.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers receive timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and protect vehicle keys.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe.
• Implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes/models and understand basic operations.
• Occasionally substitute for other positions as needed.
