Job summary

SP+ is seeking a customer‑focused valet attendant to support day‑to‑day operations at our Atlanta location. You will greet guests, assist with vehicle ingress/egress, and park/retrieve cars safely while upholding company standards and policies.

The role involves coordinating with the team, training new staff, and maintaining accurate daily paperwork. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid state‑issued driver's license with reliable driving record.
• Clear communication skills and safety‑minded approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles and park/retrieve cars safely.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with procedures; secure keys and vehicles; complete daily paperwork.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean; implement staging plans for max capacity.
• Substitute for other roles as needed; perform additional duties as required.
