Job summary

SP+ is seeking a part-time Supervisor, Valet Operations in Cleveland to oversee day-to-day valet activities, ensuring courteous guest service and adherence to contract guidelines. You will manage the valet team, schedule staffing, and uphold safety and operational standards at the location.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 6 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record is required; manual transmission experience may be needed depending on location.
• Clear spoken communication, written communication, and courteous customer service are essential.
• Adaptability to changes and sound judgment are necessary for daily valet operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers receive timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on anticipated vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and protect vehicles/keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean from debris and spills.
• Develop and implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
