Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a valet attendant to manage daily operations at our Aspen location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and assist in staffing and training a professional valet team.

This role emphasizes customer service, punctual service, and adherence to SOPs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; manual transmission may be required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to adapt to changing shifts, locations, and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and provide timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive/park vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching of valet staff.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and ensure vehicle and key safety.
• Process daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe.
• Develop staging plans to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes/models quickly; perform other duties as needed.
