Job summary

SP+ in New Orleans is seeking a valet attendant to support daily location operations. You will greet guests, drive, park, and retrieve vehicles, and ensure timely service while maintaining safety and professionalism.

The role includes helping hire and train a strong valet team and creating staff schedules aligned with expected vehicle volume. The position requires a minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, with a focus on customer service, adaptability, and sound

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Driver’s License – must have and maintain a valid state-issued license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication – Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.
• Customer Service – Maintains positive attitude; responds to requests for service and assistance professionally.
• Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to handle changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers receive timely service.
• Assist guests in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedules according to daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safety of vehicles/keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes/crosswalks clean of debris.
