SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an Operations Manager, Valet in Atlanta. You will lead a frontline team, ensure premier client service, and supervise valet attendants to resolve issues professionally.

You will handle staffing, budgeting, cash controls, and safety compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve operations and profitability.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and full-time commitment in the Atlanta area with benefits.

Qualifications

• Leads, manages and motivates team members.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Experience reviewing budgets and P&L is a plus.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients and resolve requests promptly.
• Communicate proactively with clients about opportunities to improve operations.
• Supervise valet attendant relations and resolve rate/service disputes diplomatically.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees.
• Identify staffing levels to maintain service quality and daily duties.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Drive profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash tasks.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
