The position requires adherence to safety, attendance, and uniform standards across indoor/outdoor parking environments. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, asset protection, and maintaining a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle damage inspections and documenting parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks; report tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism; support colleagues and guests to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to PMC policies; arrive on time in full uniform and groomed.
• Perform other tasks to support operational goals; attend staff meetings and complete training modules.
