Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Guest Service Coordinator to support valet operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences on-site. The role includes coordinating vehicle flow, assisting with staff management, and upholding high service standards across facilities.

The successful candidate will help lead pre-shift meetings, ensure proper uniform and grooming, and oversee daily operations, safety, and guest satisfaction. 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and timely resolution.
• Verify associates are in uniform and maintain grooming standards; monitor attendance and shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates with the Account/City Manager.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and ensure supplies are stocked for operations.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll review, and vehicle counts for accurate submissions.
• Supervise safety procedures and incident reporting to maintain a safe environment.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service and accountability.
