Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles; drive, park and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and secure vehicles/keys at all times.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards; keep drive lanes clean and organized.
• Create effective staging plan to maximize parking capacity.
