Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; ability to drive a manual transmission may be required.
• Clear verbal communication and comprehension; written communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on expected daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and protect vehicle keys.
• Process daily audit paperwork.
• Keep drive lanes clean and safe.
• Develop staging plan to maximise parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models quickly.
• Substitute for any position when needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
