Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Florida to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a friendly, efficient demeanor, basic math for tickets and payments, and strong English reading/writing skills. Requires a valid driver’s license and at least 1 month of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and assist with luggage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and tickets; ensure accurate ticket information.
