Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Florida to deliver outstanding hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage, and directions. You will ensure prompt, safe vehicle handling and maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, clear communication, and adherence to Towne’s service protocols while supporting guests throughout arrival and departure, including handling revenue and ticketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage where applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys per policy.
• Diligently record and reconcile ticket information and revenue as required.
