Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

You will engage with guests and teammates with a friendly, professional demeanor while maintaining accuracy in ticketing and payments. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling bell services, providing directions and local information, and ensuring proper revenue collection for valet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
• Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Uses guest last names during interactions.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
