Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality for arriving and departing guests. You will manage vehicle parking and retrieval safely, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information.

You will engage guests warmly, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Identify guests by last names and use appropriate salutation.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries about facilities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and manage tickets.
• Assist with luggage and bell services; help with door assistance as needed.
• Ensure cash handling and revenue collection when required and maintain ticket and key records.
