Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our location in Cleveland, OH. You will assist guests with arrival and departure, park and retrieve vehicles, and support bell services as needed.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and capable of clear communication, with basic math skills for handling payments and understanding parking rates. A valid driver’s license and customer-service experience are preferred.
