Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Mayfield Heights, OH to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage and provide friendly, professional service at all times.

Responsibilities include answering guest inquiries, explaining parking procedures, and maintaining accurate vehicle keys and ticket information. A valid driver’s license and basic English skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or be within commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about the facility and local area.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage keys and claim checks.
