Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and basic math skills for ticketing and revenue tasks. A 38‑hour workweek, M-F, 6am–5:30pm, is typical; benefits and 401(k) options are available

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license or reside within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and write English; good communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, time management and basic math helpful.
• Manual transmission driving is desirable.

Responsibilities

• greet guests and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations and area information.
• Process ticketing, revenue handling and maintain accurate key/tag records.
