Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, assist with luggage during arrival and departure, and handle guest inquiries with courtesy.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, managing tickets and keys, and providing directions and information about local attractions. The role requires a friendly attitude and solid basic math and English skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to understand basic math related to rates and money.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.
• Ability to parallel park.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pick-up when applicable.
• Explain rates and ticket procedures; manage keys and claim checks accurately.
• Offer directions, taxi info, reservations and facility highlights.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
