Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide attentive hospitality and efficient vehicle parking/retrieval services. You will assist guests with luggage, offer bell services, and answer questions about local facilities and attractions.

The role emphasizes courteous interactions, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to Towne Park phone etiquette. A valid driver’s license and basic math skills are required, with a 7am–3pm/7am–8pm shift schedule at select locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests; issue and collect claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, folios, and vehicle location records.
