Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at the parking facility. You will greet guests, assist with luggage where applicable, and manage vehicle retrieval in a prompt, safe manner.

You’ll explain parking rates, handle ticketing, and help guests with directions and local information. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and basic math skills; a valid driver’s license and prior experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and practices.
• Able to read/write standard English.
• Basic math and familiarity with money handling.
• Understanding 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Maintain accurate ticket info, keys, and guest folio in the valet system.
