Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage handling and provide directions and area information.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. The schedule is 3 days per week from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with benefits eligibility per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests by last name and use professional etiquette.
• Assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, information on outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track tickets and keys.
• Perform all job functions as part of the guest service operations.
