Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and guiding guests during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and efficient guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and basic English literacy with the ability to perform simple arithmetic. Training will cover ticketing and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver''s license or driving eligibility within commuting distance
• 1 month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and personal service
• Ability to read and write standard English and perform basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greets guests by name and uses Towne Park etiquette.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; handles ticketing and revenue as required.
