Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality to guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and support arrivals and departures with a smile and professional demeanor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license where applicable, and at least 1 month of related experience. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with benefits including insurance options and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license as applicable.
• Work experience: 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles for customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; basic math and time concepts; basic vehicle handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally.
• Manage vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; handle keys and receipts.
