Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and about one month of related experience. Candidates should be comfortable with English language, basic math, and customer service.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
Work Experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills: Read and write English; basic math; 24-hour time; understand parking rates.

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
Greet guests and use guests' last names in interactions.
Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
Explain parking rates and procedures; manage tickets and keys; collect payments when needed.
