Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality-focused valet services, manage vehicle parking and retrieval, and assist guests with luggage and directions. You will greet guests, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive arrival and departure experience at the property.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work open schedules. Training is provided for vehicle handling, ticketing, and guest services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles is essential.
• Ability to read and write standard English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and issue/collect tickets.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and area information.
